Army overruns CPP-NPA hideout, seizes firearms in Bukidnon clash

IMPASUGONG, Bukidnon  (PIA) --Six firearms were seized during the military operation against the remnants of the Communist Terrorist Group (CTG) in the hinterlands of Sitio Kamaca, Barangay Bontongon, Impasugong, Bukidnon on Friday, September 22, 2023.   In a determined bid to end the local insurgency in its area of operation, the 8th Infantry (Dependable) Battalion, led by Lieutenant Colonel Anthony A. PANGANTUCAN, Bukidnon (PIA)—In pursuit of a clean and sustainable water resource for agriculture, industry, and the economy, the Regional Convergence Initiative - Technical Working Group (RCI-TWG) spearheaded the final review and critiquing of the Muleta Watershed Convergence Area Development Plan (CADP) on August 24, 2023.   This meeting followed the CADP writeshop organized by the National Convergence Initiative for Sustainable Rural Development (NCI-SRD) on May 16 to 19 in Dalwangan, Malaybalay City.   Discussed during the meeting were salient points of the Muleta CADP, presented by Pangantucan Municipal Agriculturist Teodoro B.
